philosophy
It is within each one of us to take control of our bodies, our minds and our spirit. As someone who has suffered with back problems, I know first hand the power that pain can have over one’s life. I also know that you can regain this power over your body and change your life.
I believe that our strength originates and ends within the core of our bodies. My method of training is to strengthen the core powerhouse of the body first and then move outward to the rest of the body. My goal is to help my clients feel ALIVE and strong in every aspect of their lives, and most importantly, to have fun on the journey.
