4. Why are your fees more than most fitness clubs?
You’re right – our clients make more of an investment in their health and fitness program when they train with us. That’s because we are not just a fitness club. Because we are a training studio, we provide our clients with a lot more service and attention so that they maximize their workouts and get results more quickly. We don’t have 8000 members that we need to keep track of which means we can take care of our clients better. We also staff only the best trainers in the area – some with a masters degree in health and fitness, some are international health and fitness speakers, some are writers…and all attend regular continuing education events. Our clients recognize that this type of service and caliber of training is what is going to get them the results that they exercise for in the first place.

5. Why do aerobic classes cost more than most fitness clubs?
Our Group Training sessions are very different than the aerobic classes that you’ll see offered in most fitness clubs. First, they are taught by Personal Trainers and Trainers highly qualified their area (eg. Pilates certified, yoga certified, etc.) who are very well trained in proper movement mechanics and program design to ensure you get results quickly. Also, our class size is smaller than most health clubs so our Trainers can monitor technique better. You’ll also find that our Group Training sessions are more focused on function, performance and results versus choreography. You won’t need a dance degree to participate in our programs. They are all very results-oriented.
