Are you just starting an exercise program and are unsure about how to go about it safely, effectively and efficiently? You will be given motivational tips, goal-setting techniques and programming guidelines to help you design your own exercise program right! But most importantly,  you'll learn how to stick to the program for the long-run so you actually experience the results that you desire.

Lecture time: 2 hours

Equipment needs: laptop projector and screen (Mic and stage depending on size of group)
