Class Descriptions
Bike/Ball/Bosu: The name says it all. An intense workout starting with cardio on the bike and finishing with strength/cardio intervals using a stability ball/medicine ball and bosu.
Bootcamp: “Go hard or go home!”
Candle Light Yoga: Master Yoga Instructor Angie Lo will take you through a series of flowing yoga poses in the soothing presence of candlelight. Come learn what your body is capable of. Relax and energize at the same time!
C.U.T.T. (Chiseled Upper body, Torso and Tush): Maximum reps for maximum results. This class is for muscle definition. A total body workout using free weights, tubing, balls, and the bosu. A rewarding stretch at the end will send you off…long and lean!
Pilates Fit: a unique Pilates-based fitness class that integrates some of the exercises and principles of Pilates with those of body sculpting and core conditioning classes.
Road Rage: This high energy class will allow you to take out your frustrations on the bike.
